To do so in a descriptive survey, the models provided by Robbins and Hunsaker and by Allen and Meyer were occasion to measure interpersonal colloquy skills and organisational commitment respectively. The used pecker was questionnaire. The statistical community include public organizations in Qom city among which two organizations were selected randomly. Sampling was too conducted randomly in twain organizations. Finally, 106 individuals responded to questionnaire items. The findings of the note show that among existing skills in the model, honorable aggroup building skill has a significant carnal knowledge with organizational commitment.
